1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SMMAnalysis ("we", "our", "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. We may update these terms for the future; we will tell registered users about significant changes. Changes never apply to a plan period you have already paid for.
2. Description of Service
SMMAnalysis is a comparison and analysis platform for SMM (Social Media Marketing) panels. We collect the service catalogs panels make available to their users and refresh them daily, and we provide tools to compare prices, services, and features across multiple providers. SMMAnalysis itself does not sell, resell, or fulfill any SMM services. SMMAnalysis's owner operates a small number of listed panels — DaoSMM (daosmm.com) and Seguidores Global (seguidoresglobal.com / seguidoresglobal.net) — and SMMAnalysis sells clearly labelled sponsored placements. Neither affects rankings, scores or the prices we show. Panels operated by our owner carry a visible disclosure on their pages (see our Editorial Policy).
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Plans, Payment & Renewal
We offer a free plan and paid plans (Silver and Gold). Paid plans are fixed-term plans: the length (30 days unless stated otherwise), price and features are shown on the Pricing page and again before you pay. You pay once, in cryptocurrency, through our payment processor Cryptomus. Paid plans do NOT renew automatically and we never charge you again; when a period ends your account returns to the free plan, and to continue you buy a new period yourself. Your plan starts as soon as your payment is confirmed and lasts until the end of the period; if you buy while a plan is active, the new days are added after your current end date. New accounts get a free 1-day Silver trial (+1 day with a referral link) that needs no payment and never turns into a paid plan. Price changes apply only to future purchases.
4A. Refunds & Right of Withdrawal
Refunds and withdrawal are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy (smmanalysis.com/refund-policy), which forms part of these Terms. In short: before paying you ask us to start the service immediately. Consumers in Türkiye then have no right of withdrawal under Article 15(1)(ğ) and (h) of the Distance Contracts Regulation. Consumers in the EU, the UK and similar countries may withdraw within 14 days and pay only for the days that have passed. If we cannot provide the service because of a problem on our side, or we close your account during a paid period, you get the affected or unused days back. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform without permission; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform; (c) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (d) resell or redistribute data obtained from the Platform; (e) interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure; (f) impersonate any person or entity; (g) upload malicious code or content.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and analysis tools — are owned by SMMAnalysis and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7. Data Accuracy & Disclaimer
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data displayed on the Platform. Service prices, availability, and features are sourced from third-party providers and may change without notice. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMMAnalysis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on data obtained from our Platform. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory consumer rights.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms (for example fraud, abuse or unauthorized scraping) or where required by law. If this happens during a paid plan period, we refund the unused days as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
10. Governing Law
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute in good faith. This does not limit your right to use the consumer dispute bodies and courts available to you: in Türkiye, the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the Consumer Court, depending on the amount; in the EU and the UK, the courts of the country where you live. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply to you.
