By accessing or using SMMPanel Analysis ("we", "our", "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
SMMPanel Analysis is a comparison and analysis platform that aggregates publicly available service data from SMM (Social Media Marketing) panels. We provide tools to compare prices, services, and features across multiple providers. We do not sell, resell, or fulfill any SMM services directly. We are an independent analysis platform and are not affiliated with any SMM panel listed on our site.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
We offer free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions provide access to premium features including detailed service data, provider analytics, and advanced comparison tools. All payments are processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Cryptomus). Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform without permission; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform; (c) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (d) resell or redistribute data obtained from the Platform; (e) interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure; (f) impersonate any person or entity; (g) upload malicious code or content.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and analysis tools — are owned by SMMPanel Analysis and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7. Data Accuracy & Disclaimer
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data displayed on the Platform. Service prices, availability, and features are sourced from third-party providers and may change without notice. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMMPanel Analysis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on data obtained from our Platform.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
