Where Our Data Comes From

Transparency about our data is the foundation of an honest comparison platform. Here is exactly what we collect, how often, and what we do — and don't do — with it.

1. Public panel catalogs

Every SMM panel publishes a service catalog: names, categories, rates, order limits and delivery estimates. Our systems read these publicly available catalogs daily from 2,000+ panels and normalize them into a single database of 3M+ services across 190+ categories. We collect only data the panels themselves publish to every visitor — no private or account-restricted information.

2. Recorded price history

Each daily refresh compares new rates against stored ones. When a price changes, we record the date and the new rate — that is how per-service price history charts are built. History is never edited retroactively.

3. Community votes

Quality signals come from registered users who upvote or downvote services they have used. Votes are stored as-is and displayed as a net score. See How Rankings Work for the full rules.

What we don't do

• We don't accept payment to alter prices, scores or rankings.
• We don't sell or resell any of the services we track.
• We don't manually curate which services appear — if a panel lists it publicly, we track it.
• We don't guarantee delivery quality; we report the data and let you decide.
